Pitch your Project Benelux

Pitch your Project Benelux is an initiative by Dr. Falk Pharma Benelux B.V. in which gastroenterology and hepatology research projects from the Benelux can qualify for financial support.

Purpose and Background

Dr. Falk Pharma Benelux B.V. provides financial support for scientific research projects to promote scientific knowledge in the field of inflammatory bowel disease, cholestatic liver disease or eosinophilic esophagitis.

The Programme

Pitch your Project invites Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg gastroenterological and/or hepatological research teams to submit a one-minute video pitch on a project proposal for gastroenterological or hepatological research.

An independent international scientific committee will select up to three projects from all the submitted video pitches.

The selected video pitches will then be published on the Pitch your Project website.

Visitors to the website can vote for one of these three selected projects. Only voters with a RIZIV/INAMI/BIG registration number can vote via a Doc-Access account.

The project with the most votes will be announced on the Pitch your Project website in November 2023.

Exclusion Criteria

Projects already funded by Dr. Falk Pharma Benelux B.V. will be excluded from participation. Under the heading terms and conditions you can find more criteria.

The Independent International Scientific Committee

The independent international scientific committee consists of the following members:
